Immediate need for Office Assistant!

Protection Plus, Inc. has protected clients in the central Indiana area since 1988. We offer a variety of security services to keep your home, business, and staff safe. Our company offers experienced unarmed security officers, trained armed security officers, or off-duty police officers at your request. Due to increase in business, we are in need of an Office Assistance to help grow our office.

Education requirements
• High School Diploma required as well as at least 1 year of Office Management
Experience requirements
• Must have worked in a Security office environment previously. Do not apply with out this.
• Answer phones, assist with office administrative demands as needed
• Scheduling, Screening, interviewing, sourcing, and recruiting management, supervisors and security personnel job applicants
• Periodically assist with personnel onboarding, to include new hire orientation
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Active listening skills
• Ability to assess and evaluate situations effectively
• Ability to identify critical issues quickly and accurately
• Attention to detail
Work hours
• Monday - Friday work week 0800-1700
